Our organisation is committed to child safety. We have zero tolerance of child abuse. Our Code of Conduct, recruitment and vetting practices are strictly adhered to during the application and interviewing process. This is necessary because many of our positions involve field work and contact with children. Applicants should be aware that we carry out assessments, police records checks and reference checks (as we see fit) to ensure that we are recruiting the right people.
At present, RPC has no full-time paid staff. It relies almost entirely on the work of volunteers. RPC is thus keen to accommodate volunteers or work experience placements within its program of activities.
RPC has embarked upon a Volunteers Program using local volunteers based in Malawi. If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience and can help with our program, please do not hesitate to send us your CV and your Supporting Submission.
We solicit support for our Volunteer Program from people and institutions who see the benefits such a program can bring. Whenever we get an offer of support, we match the program to the candidates skills and make a short-list from amongst the available candidates. Where appropriate we hold interviews to assist us in the selection process.
From time to time, RPC advertises opportunities relating to employment either for itself or on behalf of collaborative partner organisations. If there are any recent opportunities, the documents containing the relevant details may be downloaded from the list below.
